With experience in organizational leadership, social impact initiatives, and stakeholder engagement, Sudheer plays a key role in shaping programs that address critical needs such as pediatric healthcare support, education for first-generation learners, and sustainable community development.
At Noel Foundation, he oversees governance, partnerships, and organizational strategy, working closely with hospitals, donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable impact. He is deeply committed to building collaborative ecosystems that combine compassion, professionalism, and innovation to create sustainable social change.
Mahendran
Project Manager

Mahendran serves as the Project Manager at Noel Foundation, coordinating and overseeing the organization’s programs from planning through implementation.
He works closely with hospitals, medical professionals, and families to identify children in need of life-saving medical support and ensure that assistance reaches them in a timely and effective manner.
His responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, resource management, budget monitoring, and on-ground program implementation, ensuring that the foundation’s initiatives are delivered with efficiency, compassion, and accountability.

Semona Michael leads Noel Foundation’s communications and storytelling initiatives, helping amplify the organization’s mission and share its stories of impact with donors, partners, and supporters.
With more than 11 years of experience in corporate training, business development, and educational content development, she plays a key role in fundraising communication, donor engagement, and outreach initiatives.
Through strategic storytelling and communication, she helps strengthen awareness and mobilize support for Noel Foundation’s mission of serving vulnerable children and families.

Program Coordinator

Joshua Martyn supports the implementation of Noel Foundation’s programs through coordination, outreach, and operational support.
Working closely with the program team, he helps ensure that initiatives effectively reach the communities that need them most.
