Mrs. Hilda Priyadarshini serves as the Managing Trustee of Noel Foundation and brings over 28 years of experience in the field of education, with a strong focus on primary learning and child development. Her professional journey has been dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering holistic learning environments that enable children to grow with confidence and opportunity.

As the Founder of Noel Foundation, her leadership was inspired by a deeply personal journey when her infant son was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) and required multiple life-saving surgeries. Witnessing the struggles of families who could not afford treatment compelled her to establish the foundation in 2013 with a mission to ensure that vulnerable children receive the care and support they deserve.

Under her compassionate leadership, Noel Foundation has expanded its initiatives in pediatric healthcare support, education for first-generation learners, and community empowerment, helping create life-changing opportunities for children and families.

Dr. Premjit Kumar is a respected social work professional with a Ph.D. in Social Work and more than 26 years of experience in community development and social impact initiatives.
As Treasurer of Noel Foundation, he provides strategic oversight in financial stewardship, program sustainability, and impact measurement. His expertise strengthens the foundation’s ability to design programs that respond effectively to grassroots needs while maintaining responsible financial management.

His leadership helps ensure that Noel Foundation continues to operate with financial transparency, accountability, and a strong commitment to sustainable community development, enabling the organization to expand its reach and serve more vulnerable children and families.
