Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer/donor satisfaction. At Noel Foundation, all donations are processed carefully as per the instructions of the donors. In the unlikely case of an erroneous deduction or if the donor wishes to cancel/modify the donation, Noel Foundation will respond within 10 working days of having received the complaint. We would require a proof of deduction of the donation amount and a written communication for refund from the donor within two days after donation. The refund will depend on the type of card used during the online transaction. Bank/service provider charges and taxes will be deducted.

Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

In cases where the receipt has already has been issued, the donor needs to return the original receipt at our official address. In cases where a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, refunds will not be possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
